Abstract

Dairi Regency's economy in 2018 compared to the previous year grew by 5.01 percent. Based on the production approach, the highest growth was achieved by the transportation and warehousing business field by 6.97 percent. Followed by Other Services business fields by 6.29 percent and then wholesale and retail business and construction businesses; car and motorcycle repair with growth of 5.84 percent each.

Based on the expenditure approach, the expenditure component of Non-Profit Institutions serving Households (LNPRT) achieved the highest growth of 8.42 percent, followed by the Gross Fixed Capital Formation (PMTB) component of 6.49 percent, and the Government expenditure component of 5.99 percent .
