Morning Assembly, February 17, 2025: Commitment to Quality Data

February 17, 2025 – BPS Dairi held its Routine Morning Assembly, attended by all employees in the office courtyard. As the assembly leader, Head of BPS Dairi, Joel Roy Perangin-angin, delivered an important message emphasizing BPS’s commitment to providing quality data, which serves as the foundation for national development. The spirit of professionalism and innovation was reaffirmed, ensuring that every step taken contributes meaningfully to the nation.

Entering the first quarter of 2025, various statistical activities are underway. SNLIK (National Survey on Financial Literacy and Inclusion), in collaboration with OJK, aims to enhance public understanding and access to financial services. Sakernas February 2025 provides essential employment data to support sustainable development policies (SDGs). Meanwhile, Susenas March 2025 plays a crucial role in measuring poverty rates, the Gini ratio, and other social indicators down to the district/city level.

In addition, BPS Dairi continues to drive innovation, introducing more than 230 new ideas that enhance data processing and social data analysis while strengthening administrative data integration through cross-sector collaboration. Capacity building remains a top priority, with various training programs conducted in partnership with both national and international institutions. These efforts serve as concrete proof of BPS’s dedication to delivering accurate, reliable, and impactful data for national development policies.
