Empowering Villages with Data: Sitinjo II Steps Up

BPS Dairi remains committed to supporting regional development through accurate and reliable data. Here's a recap of our key activities during the fourth week of April:

1️⃣ Coordination for the 2025 Statistical-Literate Village (Desa Cantik) Program
📍 Sitinjo II Village has been selected as the target village for the 2025 Desa Cantik program!
Our team held a coordination meeting with the Sitinjo Sub-district Head, Mr. Simon Tonny Malau, and the Head of Sitinjo II Village along with the village officials. The visit was met with warm support and a strong commitment to the success of the program.

💬 "We fully support this initiative and hope it brings real benefits to our village and sub-district," said the Sub-district Head.

🤝 Sitinjo II Village officials also expressed their readiness to support the activities and prepare future statistical agents to build a data-aware village.

2️⃣ Rice Milling Unit Identification 2025
This activity aims to gather crucial data on rice milling units, supporting Indonesia’s national food self-sufficiency program.

3️⃣ Supervision of the Rice and Corn Area Sampling Frame (KSA)
This ensures the quality of agricultural statistics that are vital for policy-making.
