BPS Dairi Holds Activities to Strengthen Integrity and Excellent Service

Monday, March 24, 2025 – BPS Dairi held a series of important activities at the BPS Dairi Office Hall. The event was attended by all employees and led directly by the Head of BPS Dairi, Joel Roy Perangin-angin. Running from 08:00 AM to 03:00 PM WIB, this event served as a momentum to strengthen commitment, enhance knowledge, and build a better work culture.

The day began with KEPPAS (Monday Morning Positive Activity), themed Eid Celebration, presented by Sahnas Aisyah Maha and Wiwik Rahayuni. Following KEPPAS, certificates of Outstanding SKP (Employee Performance Targets) were awarded to seven employees who demonstrated exceptional dedication throughout 2024 as a form of appreciation for their performance.

The event continued with an internalization session on the Integrity Zone portal, presented by Sangaptua Sagala, followed by a presentation on the Change Ambassador transformation plan, also by Sangaptua Sagala. These two sessions emphasized the importance of Integrity Zone development and positive transformation within the work environment.

Next, a briefing on excellent service culture for PST officers was delivered by Anwar Sinaga, aiming to strengthen the commitment to providing the best service to the public. Finally, the event concluded with an internalization session on sectoral statistics training (Series 2), presented by Monika Manurung and Junjun Wijaya, further deepening employees' understanding of quality statistical data management.
