Coordination Meeting of BPS Dairi with the Social Affairs Office in the update of DTSEN 2025

On February 25, 2025, the Head of the Dairi Statistics Office along with the team coordinated with the Head of the Social Services Department and the Social Economic National Data Update System (DTSEN) operator. This meeting was held to discuss the implementation of a Ground Check as part of the National Socio-Economic Data Verification/Update process.

The goal of this DTSEN verification is crucial: to ensure an accurate database as the basis for the distribution of Social Assistance.

In accordance with Presidential Instruction No. 4/2025, the Statistics Office is committed to supporting the implementation of the National Single Social and Economic Data. In this collaboration, the Statistics Office will partner with the Ministry of Social Affairs to conduct the planned field verification.

Following the submission of DTSEN to three Ministries, the Statistics Office has been asked to provide trainers and training infrastructure. The Statistics Office will organize training for national trainers on February 26, 2025, followed by training for PKH program support officers on February 27, 2025.

We hope that this coordination will strengthen the synergy between the Statistics Office, Social Services Department, and Ministry of Social Affairs in ensuring the success of the DTSEN updates and utilization. This synergy is vital to ensure that social assistance is distributed effectively and accurately.
