Let's Succeed with the 2020 Population Census

2020 is a historic year for Indonesian because for the first time a Population Census will be held using the combine method. This method is a combination of the use of population registration data by the Director General of Population and Civil Registry, and the collection of data directly to the data source, namely the population itself.

 

For data collection methods, BPS uses two methods, namely:

1. Online Population Census: February - March 2020

    The community independently participates in recording their data through

    website at http://sensus.bps.go.id.

2. Population Census Interview: July 2020

    Officers will go to residents who have not participated in the Census

    Online Residents.

 

The 2020 Population Census activity aims to provide data on the number, composition, distribution, and characteristics of the Indonesian population towards the Indonesian Population Data
